Supporting International Standards Train the Trainer: Introduction to IPSAS To assist governments and government entities wishing to report in accordance with the accrual based International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), IFAC has developed Train the Trainer: Introduction to IPSAS, a package of training materials that provide an introduction to the current suite of IPSAS.
